By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at /refund, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Output provided by Snibet is generated by artificial intelligence systems.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any generated output.
• We do not guarantee virality, engagement, performance, business outcomes, or any specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Snibet IP

The Service, including software, models, workflows, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Snibet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and outputs you lawfully create using the Service, subject to these Terms and applicable third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activities, including:

• Generating content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, defamation, or abusive conduct.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service.

9. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snibet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Snibet in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or created risk to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription according to the Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Clause 13 below, courts located in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13. Optional Arbitration

At Snibet's sole discretion, any dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Maharashtra, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
