Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs trials, billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility for Snibet subscriptions.

1. Subscription Billing Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

2. Trial Terms

Where available, trial access is subject to stated limits and duration. Trial eligibility, duration, and features may change at any time and may be restricted to first-time users.

3. Cancellation Timing

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already processed for the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, reduced usage, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality where the Service remains available.

In exceptional cases, Snibet may review refund requests at its sole discretion, including confirmed duplicate charges or material technical failures attributable to Snibet.

5. No Partial Period Refunds

Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused credits.

6. Abuse Prevention

Refund requests intended to exploit promotional offers, repeated charge reversals, coordinated abuse, or other fraudulent behavior may be denied and may result in account suspension or termination.
